Original Complaint against A-Aall Services published at Scamity.com on 22-Jul-14 says, verbatim –
Our home warrant company, First American Home Warranty, set up an appointment with A-aall Services to have our stove looked at as it was not working properly. We were told the technician would be out between 11 am and 3 pm on Saturday. By 2:45 pm there was no technician or phone call from the company. They technician finally called at 2:55 saying he was on his way. He eventually arrive at 3:45 pm. | He diagnosed the problem of the burners not working and discovered that the tubes that feed the gas to the burners were broken and the clips to hold in the igniter needed to be replaced. | He had no idea on how to find the age of the stove or any other information from it. | He also told my husband that he didn’t think the gas tubes could be replaced and that he would have to go back to the office and see if they could be ordered. He said that he would send his report to the Home Warranty Company and to us as well. He said First American should get it on Monday. | He informed my husband that the stove top was unusable, but that we could still use the oven. | Upon talking to First American Home Warranty, they said the technician’s report said we broke the stove and that not even the oven was safe to use, completely opposite of what he told my husband in person! This change of story caused our stove claim to be denied by First American. | My husband also said that the technician was completely disinterested and condescending when dealing with him. I hate to think how he would have been if I was there to deal with him instead of my husband.
