Original Complaint against AAA Worldwide Mortgage published at says, verbatim –

I do not know how to put this here because the entire case is so confusing. I have a mortgage with AAA Worldwide mortgage for over $25000. That is not the problem. The problem is that the mortgage is for a house that we do not own. We own a completely different house but are paying for a different house that would never be ours. When I tried to sort it out with the company, I was told that I need to pay the mortgage even if that is not our house.I think that Michael Kergosien works with the mobile home dealers to scam clients by plotting a mortgage that should never had been there. I have an attorney and after looking at the papers from the company, he informed that we were also frauded on the amount that was on the papers. We do have an escrow and this company is not paying the taxes as promised. Before complaining about them, as we know that there could be glitches sometimes, I tried contacting this company a lot of times. I called them to get us the house that we own or refund the money that was overcharged. However, these guys know how to keep distractions away. They blocked my home phone number and the cell phone numbers. They made sure that I have to work harder in case I want to reach out to them. So, we tried with the neighbour’s phone. After connecting with the team responsible to solve these matters, we were hung up on. They blocked our numbers and any attempt to reach them was made difficult. It has been more than six months and I am not sure how to come clean out of this mess. I do not have any payment book. Neither do I have records for any payment that I am making for the mortgage. To get this sorted, we sent many letters telling them that the contract is fraudulent. But, no one would respond.I am stuck with a mortgage that I do not own. We do not own the house for which we are making the payments. What if I stop paying the mortgage? I am not sure what these guys would do. The problem is, our house is falling apart. There is nothing we are able to decide. What if they would sue us for not paying for the house that we actually own. How this works is not my area of expertise. But I do know is that we will be in a greater mess if this problem is not sorted early. However, these guys do not give a damn about anyone. Until they are able to make profits, others should take care of themselves even if it concerns their mistakes.I really think that these guys are doing this intentionally. Otherwise, why they would not listen what I have to say. They are not trustworthy. I am sure they know their way out of the scam. But, I will find a way for mine soon.
