Original Complaint against Abaxion published at Scamity.com on 16-Jul-14 says, verbatim –

To Whom It May Concern, | I ordered from previously mentioned online store on July 23rd 2013 and I have received a small portion of my order after approximately one month since the day of my purchase. I paid $447.33 for my order, including delivery, through PayPal. | The part of my order that I have received consisted of small and cheap items, predominantly incense sticks and an incense burner. The more expensive items, consisting of three crafted mist lamps, ring, Phrenology head statue and more incense sticks, were not delivered to this day. | I contacted the company several times by email to find out what is going on. I have received these responses: | ”Everything has shipped and is on its way to you. Unfortunately sometimes customs can take a while longer to release packages. If you have not received it within the next 1 to 2 weeks, please let us know and we will take care of it for you.” | and; | ”Merry Meet! | Thank you for your email. 😉 | Box 2 definitely should have arrived by now. We will file with customs for delivery/information. In the meantime, we will go ahead and reship this out to you. Please keep the first package that arrives and refuse the second. We are deeply sorry this happened. | Blessings, | -David | abaxion.com ” | I believe that the larger and more expensive items that I ordered are actually not in their possesion, therefore they send the cheap items to customers only to make them believe the rest is comming soon. As they state on their website the delivery times outside USA can take up to eight weeks. I attempted to file a dispute through PayPal but there was nothing they could do after this delivery period. | After I realized that I am not going to receive the rest of my order I asked the company for a refund but there was no response anymore. | I am quite certain now that this is their usual practice. This business is completely unjust and I would appreciate if something could be done so more people would not fall victim of such unlawful practices. | I hope this problem can be resolved, and I would like to thank you in advance for any suggestions. | Please note that, according to your Terms and Conditions, I am not willing to pay any fees unless this problem is resolved. | Kind Regards,
