I went to this dentist to get a cleaning and after the service was completed I was told I had to pay $75.00 toward the cost of this service. I assumed that my insurance did not cover the entire cost of the visit so I paid it. After 2 weeks had gone by I recived an email from my insurance company to let me know that this service was covered in full. I was confused so I called the insurance company who told me how much the vists was for and that they had covered it in full. I then called the dentist who refused to give me an explaination because he said they were closing shortly!!! I was FURIOUS and asked if I was going to get a refund and the response I got was NO! |
