On a recent trip to AC Moore in Saratoga Springs, NY, I was treated extremely rudely by a sales associate (cashier). I had a fairly small order, however, she treated me as if checking my order, doing her JOB, was a big problem. I’ve shopped in this store for years and have never been treated so rudely. I wish I would have kept my receipt with her name so I could file a complaint, not that I expect it would do any good. Because of her, I plan to shop elsewhere. |
