Original Complaint against ACC Auto published at on 30-Jul-14 says, verbatim –

I was rear ended by an insured thru ACC approx 3 weeks ago and yet have anyone contact me to get a statement. No on will return my call and my vehicle has been sitting at the dealer with no work being done. ACC will not return any calls that the dealer has made. Finally I got a hold to some which was sooo rude and was suppose to be a supervisor which took my statement and still was told that they have to reach out to the insured before they can accept responsibility and normall will take up to 21 days.. and if they are not able to get in contact with the mbr the will go to the insured home. i advised that I have a copy of the police report which clearly indicated that there insured was at fault for failure to control speed and might i say no DL. This guy told me that they dont use the police report to except liability they still have to speak with the insured. I was advised that they would not pay for me a rental and that I would need to file on my insurance if i was in a hurry to get my vehicle repaired. i then faxed the police report to them twice which they state that they have yet to get any of them which i do have the confirmation for both this point im soo sick of dealing with these jerks and will see an attorney. i refuse to file on my insurance when there insured is liable of causing the accident to multiple of vehicles. dont no deal with these people. i wonder if they rip off there insured most like they do . horrible horrible horrible company. run !!!!!! |
