Original Complaint against Acceptance Rentals published at Scamity.com on 23-Jan-15 says, verbatim –

I financed a few items from Furniture Mall of Kennesaw. The sectional I ordered originally was not in stock and the store owner said he could order. He then calls and tell me they don’t carry the sectional anymore. However he had one that was a different hand (meaning chase would be on other side) in stock so I agreed to take that one. After getting it home I find that the chase is broken on the bottom. I call the store only to have the owner say they will replace for me, then they can’t replace so they will send a repair guy out to fix and I never heard a word from them. | Now mind you this is a 90 day same as cash deal. This went on for over 3 months. I have a few words with store owner who tells me, he doesn’t have to help me he has been paid for merchandise to take my issue up with finance company. I notify finance company only for them to tell me that they can’t help me. They say I still have to pay for merchandise. I speak with one rep who tells me if I make a payment that I can still hey an early payoff. I make a payment with my debut card. I tell him I will make another payment on Friday. Friday they debit my card without my permission. They talk to yo like you are nobody. They are very un professional. | | They try and demand that you pay them. I spoke to someone named Ashley who was said to be the supervisor. She was just as rude. Today I spoke with legal supervisor per day and turns out he is just as rude. I listened to what they say but when I try and explain my situation they interrupt with but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t pay us. I cursed him out and he felt offended I told him u talk to me anyway so I talk to you anyway. He hung up in my face and said he would notate my account as being a vulgar customer. |
