I’ve been going to Accountable Financial Service for about 6 years now and its been adequate to say the least.The first two years I filed with a friend who used to work there. She recommended me to Jeff after she left Accountable Financial Service.The last 4 years has been increasingly frustrating because every appointment we ended up waiting longer and longer to see Jeff.At first it was bearable, waiting 10-15 minutes then 20-30 minutes then 40-60 minutes. Today, our appointment was 7:00PM.Showed up and his office assistant said Jeff is behind in clients and wont’ be able to see us until 8:30PM.What kind of human being doesn’t call their clients and try to reschedule or ask to come at a later time? We had already re-schedule the day before because apparently the office printer was broken.Since we were already there and grandma was watching our daughter, we decided to wait not reschedule. But today was the last straw!WE WAITED 2.5 HOUR!!! Sorry but not sorry you’ve lost a client and any recommendation.
