ACS INC sent me an e-mail on April 21, 2014 stating that they were collecting a debt. The debt is for 964.52. They regret to inform me that if I don’t respnd in 48 hours I will be reported to my local county court for 3 seperate charges: Violation of Federal Banking Regulation, Collateral Cheque Fraud, Theft by deception.
