I was shock when I checked my e-mail today to find the I had been contacted by ACS about a loan for 945.87 that I most certainly did not take out. I was threaten, that legal action will be taken against me and if the case had to be turned over to the legal services department that I would be looking at paying the loan plus court cost to the tune of 5035.00 in the end. | Clearly this is an attempt to scam people out of there money including and especially our senior population who are more likely to simply pay rather that fight a supposed legal battle.Something has to be done |
