This guy is definitely a rip-off artist. He and his partner in crime Briana Baldwin ripped me off for $3,000.They said they could refinance my mortgage but that i needed to pay a deposit of $3,000 which, stupidly, i did then never heard from them again.They also posed as insurance agents, with cards showing bogus license numbers.
