Original Complaint against Agero published at on 06-Oct-14 says, verbatim –

I was called by Agero in June to help with a customer who was locked out of their car. I am not one of their service providers. They called me because they didn’t have anyone else to call. I told the caller what my charge was. They asked me to run the service call, and said I would submit the ticket to get paid. I was with the customer 15 minutes after we hung up. I opened their car. Collected the information for the ticket, and submitted it through their online portal. After four months, I still haven’t been paid or heard from them. | These people don’t pay their bills. I won’t help them again. |
