Ray roped me in. Like others I was even referred to another mortgage broker first for verification. The one I was referred to is actually a top producer so I felt pretty good with what she said so I proceeded. Turns out she stopped using them shortly after I signed up. Long story short…$3000 down the drain. I was promised 32 leads and received 12 before they stopped responding to phone and email. The 12 I did get were brutal. Clients told me they basically said yes just to get off the phone with the bully telemarketer. Do NOT go anywhere near these guys.
