I purchased a dishwasher from AJ Madison. I was having a total kitchen remodel. I purchased the dishwasher in July on Sale. The kitchen was being built. When I finally opened the packaging (Bobst Eco Pack) the dishwasher was damaged. | It appeared that the dishwasher had been dropped. The door was bent, as well as the side and bottom of the dishwasher. I contacted customer service, and they told me that I had not notified them in the 48 hour period. They would not do anything to resolve the issue. I asked AMEX to look into it, and they tried to resolve the issue with AJ Madison for me. Since it had been a few months, payment was issued to AJ Madison, and there was nothing AMEX could do. | I would not recommend buying anything from this merchant. I was forced to purchase another dishwasher….But NOT from Them! Buyer Beware!
