BEWARE: The super fixes nothing, not even a badly leaking shower for over 2 years.The electrical is VERY bad-not enough power to run an AC and even a couple lights trip the breaker.Some outlets dont even work (bathroom, kitchen).The building is heated to the legal minimum, except a couple times a month when they decide theyre over budget and then its off for a few days-you call 311, but its back on by the time they get there.The hot water is randomly out several times a month.They try to back date lease renewals and if you dont read carefully will then try to force you to pay more for months in the past!The elevator is VERY slow: 5 minutes waiting for it to come up and then going down.
