I brought a brand new car radio with cassette player from all audio expo.com (online store). They sent me the wrong car radio with cassette player. It is not the exact one I ordered. Emailed and called many time, but no one replied back. I installed it on my car. The radio works fine, but the cassette player does not work. I emailed and called them many time about returning it back, but still no reply. Calling them is useless. It is always the answering machine and no one return calls. |
