Original Complaint against All Auto Parts published at on 30-Oct-14 says, verbatim –

This salvage yard took a phone order complete with questions to identify which engine was needed. Sent us the engine, we changed the timing belt and water pump. Later we learned the engine was not V-tech motor. Called the company and they said they will swap ot with the right one. They sent Speedy delivery to pick up the wrong one with no replacement engine. I have been lied to for over a week about when I can expect the new engine. Today they tell me, again, that they will be shipping it today. I was supposed to get it a week ago. Customer service is terrible. I asked for a refund and was tranferred four times. | Apparently, Janet is both the manager and the owner, but she is seldom in. In fact, I was told that I can not leave a message because she only comes in once every few weeks. Some manager. I wnder if she knows about the broken promises and terrible customer service. I was yelled at, blamed for ordering the wrong part, and lied to about shipment of the right part. Totally unacceptable treatment for someone who is trying hard to spend $750.00 with a company. | Please stay way from this group of morons. |
