Original Complaint against All Pro Realtors & Investments published at on 03-Sep-14 says, verbatim –

Thief Broker–George Stanford, and Thief Lender–Gail Napier-Kelley and Rod Napier are stealing my TWO homes and properties (with facilities for 20 plus horses), for $30,000 EACH (equity closer to $400,000). | (Prior to initiating foreclosure, Rod Napier even called to ask if the “improvements” were “attached” to the land (another added $60,000). | Stranger-broker George Stanford was asked about getting me a loan to purchase the adjacent home and property. | Stanford saw me as PREY. He learned I was 59-years old, lived alone, had my primary, owner- occupied free and clear home and that I received $408 in disability. | Buying that smaller home for me to downsize and move in to offered me life-long security. | Renting out the larger home and facility offered me life-long income. | The purchase price for the home was only $60,000. | George, Rod and Gail promised $80,000 ($60,000 to purchase the home and $20,000 for repairs and so I could keep bills current at the larger home until I was able to move in to the smaller one and rent out the larger one). | INSTEAD, Goerge Stanford and Gail Napier Kelley POCKETED the bulk of the money for repairs and bills. INSTEAD, I was given 40% of what was promised–hardly enough for repairs OR bills. | That forced me to turn to my credit cards–trying to save the properties AND NOW also my life. My FICO score of 780 ruined. | Then, that forced me to sell off equipment and needed assets for the ranch. However, this was NOW in trying to survive. | THREE MONTHS after acquiring that home George sends a letter about foreclosing on both properties. (How does a broker with over 50 years experience explain away some BASIC responsibiltiy in representing me or my interests AT ALL if he so quicly anticipates taking my TWO homes in such a short period of time?) | How this fraudulent loan was structured: | George, Rod and Gail schemed to transfer documents to their buddies at Cimarron Escrow. (All docs HAD been ready and just needed funding at the bank’s escrow company) | George, Rod and Gail took BOTH properties as collateral. The larger home MORE THAN sufficed. | George, Rod and Gail gave about 30% loan to value–not the customary SIXTY FIVE PERCENT. | YET, I am charged $80,000 although I only got $68,000. AND losing both properties. | These exploiting leaches have have reduced me to having to wait for the 10th of the month before I can get food. Utiltiies are being shut off. Now, I have no money. Not for food or gas or utilities or repairs. | They didn’t care about the loan. They wanted the properties. |
