I contacted this company to ship a car across several states. I received a quote and agreed to the service because the price seemed very reasonable. A deposit was required. Two weeks later my car has not transported or even picked up. The company could not provide any definitive information regarding when I could expect the service to occur, so I cancelled the service. All Star Direct Auto Shipping refused to refund my deposit and hung up on me after which they would not even answer the phone. I was completely unsatisfied with their service and would not recommend them. |
