This company did nothing but sweet talk me into using them for a corporate move. I scheduled a full 53 foot tractor trailer for my exclusive use. No weight limit. The move was supposed to take 3 days to pack, 5 days to transport, and 2 days to unpack. They were to disassemble my furniture upon pick up, and reassemble it upon delivery. They asked for, and received a $4700.00 deposit to hold my move. I called them 3 weeks ahead of my move to inform them when my closing dates would be. They acknowledged that, and told me they would call me within 24-48 hrs to confirm. This did not happen. I called them every other day to try to get the confirmation, and could not get a straight answer. | Six Days before my move, they called me with the wrong dates. When I corrected them, they charged me an additional $4700. |
