In October on 2016 my wife and I purchased these bikes online from Allco Manufacturing or Xtreme Bikes. On the first day I messed up a part of the PAS system. I contacted the technical support department and was told how to fix the problem. | Since then we have had a few little things come up which their customer service dealt with in a very timely manner. | I have recommended this company to all of our friends, the bikes are unbelievable and the service has been first class. | Thomas and Rosemary Reilly | Orange County, CA
