My husband (a disabled veteran) and I purchased a system from this company five weeks ago. The unit did not work from day one. | They sent out a technician who fixed the problem and said everything should be fine now. A week later we started getting alarms going off 4-6 times a day. | I contacted the company and asked for the system to be removed. I didn’t want to be bothered with problems any longer. I was told that they would not do that and instead wanted to send another technician out to look at the system. | I told him I didn’t want it serviced, I wanted it gone. I offered to send the system back in the mail and was told that if I did they would seek legal action against us.
