I tried to make payments , but they would not except anything lower than 3000.00 down with more payments of 1200.00 for 6 consecutive months. Absolutly ridiculous, they are holding lien on license for over 10 grand. No one can afford to pay payments like that in this economy. i filed bankruptcy and have discharge papers for all debts including theirs. i am going to dmv tomorrow to see if they will let me have my license back. It has been 5 yrs. if i have more problems with them, i am going to sue. I have to have a licence, i have 2 small children that need to get to dr appts. as well as myself and i cant get job without it. it started out at 6000.00, and now they have jumped it up over 10 grand. i would have to win the lottery to pay that kind of money. |
