i am so disappointed with the experience…i have never used travel insurance before but i tried it this time because i was unsure of the trip….my bad!! | but dealing with this company was wose than i could imagine…they flood you with emails and delay response so you cannot even cancel the policy…10 day window to do that and they drag their feet. | | contract is sooooo restrictive and reading better business bureau reviews i see that even if you do have the documentation and reasons to cancel the STILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO NOT PAY! | | getting the word out…don’t count on this insurance to insure your trip!!! ugh |
