Original Complaint against Aloe Vella's published at Scamity.com on 13-Feb-15 says, verbatim –

The Aloe Vella company engages in shady business practices as they do not list the details of the return policies or their membership program. There is a card included with the product which instructs you to email their customer service or call their customer service in order to obtain details about their return policies and membership program. I opted to email them so that I had a paper trail as this immediately struck me as being questionable. I received an auto reply which states that their customer service department is very busy, so please allow up to seven days for a response. I emailed them again after not receiving a response for seven days and did not receive a response to that email after seven days either. I then received a shipping confirmation email a month after I ordered the product. Included in this email was the information that the trial period is fifteen days. Did you notice how they avoided answering my questions long enough for the trial period to expire? I then called their customer service department and cancelled the membership (they had already attempted to charge my credit card). I was told that they would waive the restock fee but that I would need to pay for the shipping expenses. Due to my complete dissatisfaction with their business practices, I called back and spoke with a different customer service agent and informed him that I intended to call the better business bureau to report their activities. The customer service agent stated that was fine as I wasn’t the only person who had called today regarding the same issues. He elaborated by stating that the Better Business Bureau was aware of their policies. I told him that due to his lack of concern for a customer’s dissatisfaction and a bad review with the Better Business Bureau that I intended to post reviews of their company all over the internet.
