I ordered class memorabilia including a duffle bag, coffee cup and water bottle that is supposed to include my hometown and year of graduation. I placed the order on Feb. 2, 2015. Today is April 3,2015. Repeated phone calls to an automated answering service instructed me to e-mail them at [email protected] I have not received an answer where my gear is at or if I should perhaps modify my order so that the gear I ordered and already paid for can be processed and sent to me. | I find it unconciousable that they would not have a live operater or a better effort on their part to address such a simple matter of sending me my gear or instructing me to choose more conventional colors of the logo for alumni 1970 Waukon. |
