I have never dealt with a worse bank in all my life. I left the country on vacation after purchasing a car and didnt add it to my insurance right away.They tacked on their own insurance plan that is over $1,000 for one month.Several attempts to call and explain how my insurance company covers me on any vehicle I drive or buy within the first 30 days and they essentially called me a lair.Had my insurance agent explain it in writing and they still refused to hear it.Called and talked to a “supervisor and she cut me off, yelled at me, and told me to have a nice day.I have never been treated so poorly Not even by the IRS!
