This car shipping company is simply coordinating delivery by random drivers across US. The delivery of your vehicle will not be ansured by a professional driver. My car arrived damaged and the driver claimed that the damage was present at the pickup and even produced a falsified document for it, attempting to bargain away his responsibility for the damage but didn’t let me take a photo of it. American Auto Tranport (IL) is unwilling to stand behind the safety delivery by ensuring the damage was repaired via insurance or direct payment by the driver. I am strongly recommending you to stay away from this company. Now I have to pay ~$600 to repair the damage done in transit. |
