We had to go to Florida, because my brother-in-law passed away. We rented a car from Hertz for a week. We ended up returning it a day early. When we got back home two weeks later we got a letter saying we owed $26.03 for tolls. Since we left our ez pass at home, we stopped and paid all tolls. I have tried to contact the company three times leaving messages with all the info. I still have not heard back from them. I contacted my credit card company and they said they can’t do anything because I signed that I would pay for tolls charged to the vehicle. |
