I have been with American United Credit Union ever since they bought out VAMCU (veterans credit union) around 2010 I think. And since then it has been a downward spiral.American United is the worst, any time I call it is a miracle if I get through to anyone, I just hung up after holding for 77 minutes when their recording said the wait time was 56 minutes and I only had 5 people ahead of me.They are the most inconvenient financial institution I deal with, I have 3 others I have accounts with and they all put American United to waste, I miss VAMCU, they were so superior to American United, its a shame they were bought out.
