Original Complaint against American Web Loan published at Scamity.com on 05-Aug-14 says, verbatim –
When I took the loan for 400 $ they said my biweekly payment would be 120.so i asked so its 120 every two weeks so after 4 payments i will have paid 400$ and 80$ in intrest. and the rep said yes..when i found out the 120 was just the intrest i called and another rep said its not a installment loan.. i was furious i said that i would never have taken the loan if the rep told me those terms.and does money mutual know its sending people to a ripoff leander? someone should stop these people or at least have them explain the terms more fully |
