A company by the name of Americredit filed a 1099-C and chose tax year 2012. Now the IRS is telling me I now owe taxes because this 1099-C form is considered income-even though it is not actual income. | This is absolutely ridiculous and there has to be a way to fight this-I do not even know who these people are. |
