Amerifirst Mortgage Is Very unprofessional and unorganized business.Bruce Collins was my loan officer.We send Bruce all of the requested paperwork and signed all of the documents in a timely manner.My wife and I both have high 700 credit scores.Bruce called me on numerous occasions and made unnecessary comments and was not professional at all.We finally received a pre-approval letter and began looking for home.Approximately two weeks later we received a rejection letter in the mail with no phone call or heads up regarding the situation.
