Original Complaint against Amy Jackson-Miller published at on 29-May-15 says, verbatim –

I engaged Ms Amy Jackson-Miller, aka The HeadHuntress, to be my executive agent with the promise of placing me in a job within 120 days or a refund of the fees that I paid her. I paid half of the fees, which were 5% of my then current salary, at the time of execution of the contract. The remaining 50% was due within 30 days of the execution date. | After payment of the initial fees, Ms Miller began to perform some services such as a resume review. She made very few changes to my resume and the other written works submitted to me as drafts were, in my opinion, not to the standards of a professional. | Although I had some concerns about the quality of her work, I fulfilled my contractual obligation and made the other payment by the 30 day anniversary of contract execution. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Miller contacted me with a tragic story about her son and she asked for a few weeks to get her personal life in order. I of course agreed. | After that, I had very little communication with her despite my efforts to reach her with hopes of moving forward with our agreement. She would either not respond or respond days or even weeks after my attempt to reach her. Little to no additional work occurred on my engagement. | Upon reaching the 120 day anniversary of the execution of our agreement, I sent Ms. Miller a certified letter demanding a refund, which I know she received because she signed and returned the return receipt. I even offered to consider extending our arrangement, however, she did not respond to that letter for weeks. | When she did respond, she explained that she had emptied her savings account on her son’s issues and asked if I would accept a payment plan. She also indicated that she would like to extend our engagement. I asked her for a payment plan and for an addendum to the contract so that we could move forward. Again it took weeks for her to respond but she did not send the payment plan or the addendum. | About 5 months after signing the contract and still with no performance or refund under the contract, I received an e-mail from someone who knows Ms. Miller who informed me that there are others that have engaged and paid Ms. Miller with no performance or refund. We now have identified at least 10 people who have had a similar experience.
