Original Complaint against Ancestry.com published at Scamity.com on 09-May-14 says, verbatim –
I recently found out that ancestry.com has been making unauthorized repeat “”membership”” | charges to my credit card. I will have to cancel this card. Iterestingly, another company in | provo, utah pulled the same exact scam. The other company is APX alarm systems. Do not | give either firm a credit card number!!!
