I ordered a replacement lamp for my Infocus IN82 front projector tv. ApexLamps sent a lamp for a different front projector. I asked them for permission to return the incorrect lamp they sent and the get the correct one. The company refused. It also refused to refund my money. I ended up eating the entire cost, and ordered the correct lamp from a different company. |
