Original Complaint against published at on 11-Jun-15 says, verbatim –

I ordered an oven on Nov. 1, 2014 to be delivered by the 15th as I was leaving the country and would be unavailable until late spring. We were unable to coordinate delivery prior to the 15th so I cancelled the order. Steve Genger ( the owner) said no problem sending a refund ( or he could hold the item). I realized in late March that the refund of my payment $1200 [email protected]$200 shipping had not been made. I emailed Steve to complain. He said no problem, he had been holding the item and if I didn’t want it he would send a refund. I’ve been trying ever since to get the refund . Steve G. Now says it’s been too long and he has no requirement from eBay or Paypal to honor the refund. This dishonest company held an item against my explicit instructions to cancel the order and then ” held” the item until 6 months had passed to avoid the Paypal requirement to issue a refund.
