Original Complaint against Aqua Jet Shower published at Scamity.com on 03-Mar-15 says, verbatim –
We purchsed a steam shower at the pennsylvania home builders show in 2008. The prduct came with a 10 year warrenty. It has been broken down more than it worked over the years. I contacted Mark on 12/9/2014 to let him know that the generator has failed again and i needed a replacement After our first conversation I sent Mark all the info and took pictures of the shower to make sure we got the right part. In Feb of 2015 he finally sent a control panel not a generator. He does not respomd to emails or phone calls. So now I have a large shower pulled out in the middle of my bathroom for going on 4 months. |
