The furnace went out in January. | $100 service call. The added charge was $130 for a $30 part. | If you refuse this type of extortion, they drive away leaving the furnace out. | I wrote them a good check and wrote on the check ” $100 refund expected ” | In the yellow pages, they ad ‘ Satisfaction Guaranteed ” | This company did NOTHING to satisfy, and told me ‘ See you in court ‘ | Their court records in MD show an entire page of lawsuits and traffic offenses. | So they must like going to court. So that option remains open. | Arctic paid ~ $14 for gas for the 25 mile trip. And they paid their help ~ $25 for the 2 hrs it took their guy to 1] drive here and back 2] install the 2 wire ignitor. The service call alone netted them a 100 -25 -14 = $61 profit. | An added $100 profit on a $30 part is: | unjust enrichment
