Original Complaint against Arlington Equipment published at on 12-Mar-15 says, verbatim –

We sent a $7,240.00 deposit for a glass handling machine in July 2012 and have been fighting to get our money back for over a year. | Complaint is currently active with the NY attorney Generals office and the BBB of upstate NY. | This company also is marketing to RV glass installers and a myriad of other companys. They have multiple websites for different glass handling equipment but always the same phone # and contact person. Bob Mirel. I have a family memeber that lives in Glen Falls NY and is about 10 minutes away from mirels location. He went by in June of this year and the warehouse was not active. I found that Mirel was using his home address for the business address so My brother in law who is an accountant went to his house and Mirel was startled to see someone just show up. He told my Brother in law he will contact us and take care of it. He never did. His house is appraised at approximately $650,000.00 | He has told the attorney generals office and the BBB back in August that he would make monthly reimbursment payments starting October 15. Of course he never did and now we have re-opened the complaint with both offices. | I read the recent complaint by Tomahawk Glass and realize this needs to be stopped before more companys get taken in by the false front of Bob Mirel and Arlington Equipment. | If anyone else has a similar story feel free to contact me at |
