Ordered Oct. 26, 2014, from Aroma Vapor, what I thought to be Pax by Ploom. When the tiny metal piece on charger broke off, by accident I found the real Ploom website. After e-mailing Ploom about my problem, they requested extensive pictures. They verified it was coiunterfit. |
