I received a email today 3-9-2015 stating I owe 4535.75 for a payday loan and they want me to settle out of court for 976.45. They have threatened legal garnishment of my payroll checks and report to credit bureau. Also threatened a lawsuit against me. I never received any such payday loan I dont owe this money to any such company. |
