I recently had an unpleasant experience with ascentium capital. I am a franchise owner and went through the approved lenders list and picked ascentium capital for my store remodeling. The person I was working with tried to shovel me into using his own cronies to perform the work when I already had all equipment and contractors setup through the franchise. Very unprofessional and out of line with the pressure he applied and really reinforces a lot of negative stereotypes that bankers and lenders have. Gives the whole industry a terrible reputation
