Company delivered torn, scratched and damaged furniture and attempted to pass it off as new due to the price tag of $4800.00. Holes in the furniture were filled with a resin, tears were colored in with a marker, seams were coming apart. When I refused the furniture and demanded to cancel the order, they wanted to charge me in excess of $500.00 to cancel. I had file a complaint with the attorney general’s office due to the company refusing to address my complaint, Finally I received a call from a wannabe manager named Ashley, she said she determines how my complaint will be handled. Initially she refused to refund the purchase price and wanted to charge me a restock fee for garbage delivered to my home. |
