Very simply and in the same real process that anyone would take I searched for tax preparer firms in Aurora and ran across Aurora Financial Services .I stated my situation clearly and honestly and requested this business to assist me with my 2015, 2016 and 2017 taxes.* Without calling me to speak with me about my tax situation and without any other qualifying email, text or anything, I get the following obnoxiously judgmental response from the owner himself.Here is exactly what owner, BILL HOUSTON said in his email back to me:”From: Bill Houston [mailto:[email protected]odebt.com]Sent: Monday, April 16, 2018 10:41 AMSubject: RE: NOTIFICATION Customer has filled out the Quote Form How much you wanna bet that this guy had no renters in 2017 and is trying to deduct repairs to his home prior to selling.Might be a bit cynical but Oh, and the moving expenses with no wage income.Hows that for reaching out to a supposedly professional business just to have them serve as Judge and Jury on your private financial tax situation when they have not bothered to confirm even one fact from your request?I call B.S. on this business and on BILL HOUSTON as being nothing more than a jaded and judgmental fool.AVOID HIM AND HIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS because after all, youd be sharing your most intimate financial record details with him and look how he responds BEFORE he even talks with you irrefutably foolish on his part!There is no apologizing for such a response because customers reaching out to a business like this should never have to babysit the owner for acting in such an obnoxious and careless manner in the first place, right? RIGHT!Done next!P.S. Funny thing to note what kind of moron speaks in this tone and who does he think hes talking to, himself? He doesnt even address me, the person who emailed him in the first place. Hes talking to “the air or something IDIOT!
