Dr Jorge is very nice however Ive had nothing but issues with the office help.Im on Amour thyroid medicine and always have issues getting my refills called in Its a minimum of a 30 minute hold every time I call their office.I get my scripts thru mail order and pay 1 month copay for 3 months of medicine.However they sent my script as a 30 day script with NO refills even tho I just did my blood work and my levels are stable on this dose, and my follow up is in 3 months. (It should only be once a yr, twice a yr max of levels are stable) So I paid 24 bucks for a 30 day RX when I could of paid 24 bucks for a 90 day RX.They should definitely deduct 24 bucks off my office visit copay for their screw up on my script.If they fix this issue by calling my pharmacy and getting the rest of my RX w/o me having to pay xtra or taking it off my office visit copay then I will update this post.Until then, if your looking for a new pc dr, I wouldnt bother here especially if u take an ongoing RX for bp, thyroid or anything that u HAVE to take DAILY where u cant miss a dose.Im beyond annoyed and about ready to find another practice.
