Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I was excited to come to Bellco Credit Union as its close to my work and seems a bit more modern than the one close to home.However, when I was inside, I was very disappointed with the service I received from the teller named Rachel.She was not friendly whatsoever, when I told her what I needed (a new debit card printed because mine was hacked) she just looks at me and made a face.I then asked “well can you help me get a new card or..? And she finally said “ya all short.After verifying my information, we finally got me a new card. Then, we had to activate it so we went over to the ATM.She told me to make the account balance on the ATM in order to activate my card but never told me I needed to print a receipt.So, after I said “no receipt she goes “its not going to work you didnt print receipt I told her well you didnt tell me either way so I wasnt sure.Finally, I got to leave and I was so ready to be in my car after dealing with her.Hopefully whenever I have to go back to that location I will have better service.
