Bens Income Tax Services filed my taxes and FAILED TO REPORT INCOME, which has resulted in additional fines and additional taxes needing to be paid after the IRS caught the error.I then asked Ben to pay the FINE AND INTEREST INCURRED by his oversight, and he harshly refused to do so and to take care of his error that I paid $350 to have done properly.I am at the point now that I will have to take him to court, to retrieve the costs he has incurred because he simply refused to cover the costs associated with his error of forgetting to report income although he was given all of my earnings slips.This is not why a person should be paid to do accounting.
