Bill Boehm and Arbor Financial Group kept asking for documents and saying the loan was approved with just one more document, then another and another for 6 months until I forced a loan decision.They declined the loan because I refused to continue to provide unnecessary documents for a refi on a loan of approx 60% Loan to value.Kinectic credit union is the funding source and they did nothing.STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN AND HIS COMPANY.
