Terrible experience in working with Boman Accounting Group. Shockingly bad customer service they are really disorganized.They also have a habit of charging you extra amounts with no communication as to why.I used them for 2 years tax prep. The first year, I agreed with Lynda what the charge for tax prep would be.I have a straightforward set of finances nothing strange or complex. After the tax returns were submitted I was invoiced 2x what we agreed!When I tried to contact Lynda several times, I could never get a hold of her always got some assistant who said she would pass along the message. 10 months later I finally got a call from Lynda and we sorted it out.For the 2nd year, we again agreed on a price ahead of time, and again the invoice came back significantly higher than the package price we agreed.Again I had a very straightforward tax year. I got the same run around, until eventually I called them and told one of the assistants that I was only paying the packaged price we agreed up front.If you are looking for an accountant to help you with your taxes, look elsewhere, unless you like poor customer service, a team that is totally disorganized and someone who will try to charge you more $ than what you agreed upon.
